I have just had Columbia BS glass made.  I also may be able to help with

If my memory is correct, that person was Elmer Jones. His widow, Juanita
continued to sell his repro Columbia coin op parts after he passed. 

She was doing this YEARS ago, so I don't know if she (or the parts
inventory) is still around.

There might be others that made parts though.
