Description:
------------
php with suexec - apache (called as CGI), file foo.php: 
<?
   exec('php bar.php');
?>
php is from sapi/cgi
File bar.php
<?
   phpinfo()
?>
When executed from web, I got multi bar.php processess..
But executed as: php foo.php, everything works as expected.
What's wrong ?
php compiled with these arguments:
--with-readline
--enable-inline-optimization
