[PHP-DB] Checking for data on a form

What I meant is there is I think the problem is with the mySQL privilege system or rather the way your permissions are setup I suggested you first go through the part of the mySQL manual with the PRIVILEGE SYSTEM then once you set up you permissions well run the sql queries from the mysql command
