PostgreSQL module does not have cursor.
All you have to do is execute query then
fetch records one by one. For example,
$result = pg_query($db_connection, 'select * from your_table;');
while ($record = pg_fetch_array($result)) {
print_r($record);
}
Above code can be used to print all records in
a result set.
