I have The following
A Sun Ultra2 Running the Oracle Client talking to a Oracle Instance 8.1.7 on
another server.
sqlplus scott@rhinodb works greate. I do have to be in $ORACLE_HOME for
some reason.
When I issue the following command I get an error

$link = ora_logon("scott@RHINODB", "tiger")
