[PHP-DB] getting dbase functions to work

Ok I am trying to use some of the PHP dbase functions and I get a call to undefined function error. Looking at the documentation I found a post on the site that said in order for these to work I need to compile PHP with dbase support with a command. Here is the explination You need to
