I am trying to install the mcrypt libraries on a Windows 98 computer running Apache1.3.20 and PHP 4.0.6. I cant really find anywhere on the net that goes over the installation process, and the readme doesnt describe installation. Does anyone know how to do this, or where I can find a site that describes this process?
