[PHP-DB] PHP and DB2 on AS400

Hi,

Is it possible to access(run SQL queries on) DB2 database in AS400 from PHP
on Windows/Unix?
If so, how?
Could you please advise some positive and negative ( if any) to work with
DB2 and PHP?
