Does anyone know if there is any documentation for metabase? I can't seem to find any, and the source at phpclasses didn't come with any. Also, can anyone confirm whether metabase translates SQL between DBMSs? For instance, if I used a query that would work on MySQL but not on Oracle, would metabase translate the query? Also, does anyone have an opinion on what database interface is the best, and under which circumstances? I'm developing an app that would be used on different platforms with different DBMSs -- would metabase be best for this? Thanks.
