for earlier versions, but with 4.1.0 it's there also. I compiled --with-mysql=... --with-apxs=..., as INSTALL instructs me to do. My server runs Apache 1.3.22. After I compiled --with-zlib added to the configure line, Apache starts fine and PHP works! Regards,
