PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Compiling fails with Apache 1.3.20 and 1.3.9
Configure: ./configure --prefix=/opt/php-4.0.6 --with-apache=/opt/apache_1.3.20
--with-mysql=/opt/mysql-3.22.30 --disable-shared
Compiling with gcc (v. 2.8.0):

It looks like the compiler includes dlfcn.h nevertheless!
