From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Operating system: SuSE 7.0 PHP version: 4.0.6 PHP Bug Type: Apache related Bug description: Segmentation fault on Apache 1.3.20/1.3.19 I was installing PHP support on my Apache 1.3.19 as Static Module, when after I done the steps for installing and starting Apache daemon I was the following error messages on apache's log: [Thu Jul 5 15:44:43 2001] [notice] Apache/1.3.20 (Unix) PHP/4.0.6 configured -- resuming normal operations [Thu Jul 5 15:45:31 2001] [notice] child pid 24328 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) [Thu Jul 5 15:45:34 2001] [notice] child pid 24327 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) And all requests I did to my webserver I received that messages and nothing was returned back to my browser After some tries to compile with different apache versions, I tried to compile a different PHP version, 3.0.5, with my Apache on Static Mode, and I got it! I don't know what is going on with PHP/4.0.6, but I couldn't install with Apache/1.3.20 on a SuSE 7.0 p.s.
