Hi!

I've finished a first version of the dbx module (database abstraction (in
C)) and I want to open-source this module (as a self-contained extension).

What license should I use? I want it to be very open, but maintain a
copyright notice (much like the PHP license).

Or better, can I donate this to the PHP group and get it distributed as part
of PHP (I've seen mentions of selective packaging/downloading, so people
wouldn't  be forced to download it).
