If I do a
./configure --with-gd
Without actually having GD installed in a standard location the configure
script decides to statically link it instead of raising an error:
checking whether to include GD support... yes (static)
And then the make will bomb when gcc can't find the gd
ixing bugs...

Bug 5906 is a fatal compile error which occurs when including both IMAP
