Bug description:  Memory Leak

I'm completely new to this, so I'll try my best.
I'm using the installed PHP on OSX Server. I'm doing 
nothing fancy, a couple include statements. But just 
recently the web log is filled with these errors. I usually 
check the logs after the pages hang up or refuse to load. I 
don't get a parse error, just nothing happens. I must go 
restart apache to make the page work again.
