Since version 1.197 of the cgi_main.c, cgi sapi will identify itself as "cgi-fcgi" when compiled with fast cgi support (default on windows). This breaks some PHP scripts and some C code, like PHP's dl() function. IMHO this should be reverted to the old behavior regardless of the presence of fcgi code.
