It was an original zip file I downloaded. I checked it and it has the name: php-4.0.4pl1-Win32.zip I don't want to argue, just for you to know and keep an eye on. If you want I can send you the DLL to make sure your scanner detects it. The up dated Norton Antivirus I have at work did not see the virus! Only www.php.net contains the official php_mhash.dll, and it is virus-free with my virus-scanner... > > Previous Comments: > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > [2001-09-08 14:26:24] [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > This is a virus I discovered. It was in the file PHP_MHASH.DLL and the virus is called BO2K.RC6 see: http://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/bo2k.shtml > > I deleted everything so I am afraid I cannot tell which version of PHP it was. It would be wise to check each of your files with a good up to date virus checker. The one I use was AntiVir of http://www.hbedv.com/ so not even a market leader. Should not be difficult for you to keep everything reasonably clean I think. > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > > > ATTENTION!
