I agree, though it would be nice to release this soon, however, it is not worth

This problem is usually caused from doing a
cvs checkout -r HEAD
instead of
cvs checkout

I probably should have told you that you can fix it
by running a cvs update -A (resets sticky tags)
(instead of having to checkout again)
