the argv0 hack is bad since it doesn't fix the bug, just masks it on 
servers that provide that.  There is an off-by-one bug somewhere in 
init_request_info(), if I can get the httpd.conf info I requested in the 
bug, I can figure out what is happening and fix it correctly.
