There see´ms to be a bug with the ISAPI Dll... Sometimes PHP just crashes, printing the message PHP access violation at . This Problem is not reproduceable. That is definatly something for 4.0.6 Bug squash or at least 4.1 php_gd.dll is (was last time i tested it - a while ago) not thread safe.
