[PHP-DEV] Unable to fork

Heya,

I managed to let passthru work again on win32 (ISAPI), but because I'm
tired of rebooting after every change to the DLL, I stepped away from it
for now. Next weekend I'll try to finish off the rest

You can't fix this your self, it's a shortcoming in PHP at this moment.
There is being worked on (by me).

I continue to get following error when trying to execute external program:
"Warning: Unable to fork..."
Anyone know what this means? or how to fix it?
