I have developed a patch to expand the functionality of open_basedir, to allow an open_basedir setting such as "/home/domains/*/htdocs" to be processed.... This allows for a much simplified setup in a multi-hosting environment.... Who can I submit this patch to, to see if it would be worthy of including in the next release of PHP?
