Tough question. We haven't been testing the 4.0.4pl1 as much, but the
behavior doesn't seem to found there. Mind you this could be due to a
lack of complete testing on our part. I will see if it's possible to
revert back to 4.0.4pl1 and try some more, but judging by the past
occurances, the ear

AFAIK Mac uses "\r". That is the only way they could differ both from
Windows and Unix ;)

Everything looks clean on Debian Potato and Debian Woody as a CGI. I'll

I've just put 4.0.5RC1 (the Windows binaries posted by James Moore) through
their paces on N4 SP6 IIS CGI. I've tried all my stuff (general language
stuff + MySQL) plus phpMyAdmin and Phorum. Everything tested works fine.
