Ah, well, it segfaults because parent:: wasn't all that good until 4.0.7,
with classes that are defined in runtime (like class D in the example,
which is only defined at runtime, because C it inherits from is not defined
until later on in the file).
4.0.7 should fix this problem, even though the code is still buggy, but I
guess that's only the example.
