Hello, my friend has windows ME, but no personal web server When I use php, I use personal web server on win 98
WHen he downloads php on his pc with windows me, can he use notepad to make php files, and use http://localhost still to view them online? Or must he use personal web server? What can he do to get it up and running (Php) on his windows millenium? Thanks
