Your web server (Apache or IIS) has a log file with every error recorded, or at least, every error that isn't so horrendous that making a record is possible. For Apache with the default installation Windows, it's in: C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/logs/error_log (I think) You may have some useful details in that file that can clue you in to what is happening.
