Because you don't need to. More of a mysql-mailing list question to be
honest.

C:\>mysqldump  --help

--opt               Same as --add-drop-table, --add-locks, --create-options,
                    --quick, --extended-insert, --lock-tables,
--set-charset,
                    and --disable-keys. *Enabled by default *, disable with
                    --skip-opt.

If you use the --opt flag, all is well...
