[PHP] Timing a MySQL response

Hi all, Just a quick question - but does anyone know how to get the ms value back from MySQL that tells you how long it took to run your query? It shows it when using the command-line version, or MySQL Front, but I'm yet to figure out how to actually retrieve the value (if it is at all
