the var_dump on the array of java-objects looks interesting:
the first, which is ok:
array(8) { [0]=> &object(java)(1) { [0]=> int(3) } [1]=> &object(java)(1)
[0]=> int(4) } [2]=> &object(java)(1) { [0]=> int(5) } [3]=>
&object(java)(1) { [0]=> int(6) } [4]=> &object(
