[PHP] get XSLT on server without Sablotron

Is there a way to get some sort of XSLT working on my server? safe-mode is off run under apache (php_sapi_mode=apache) dl() is enabled I only have FTP access server runs under linux Can I download sablotron.so somewhere an load it using dl() ??? Is there some PHP code that can transform XML
