recently heard of a review which measured that 
IE 6(on win) was 3 times faster with 'tricky'-pages then 
everything else on win & linux.
looking at HTML specifications it also won with 93% of supported 
html-standard
the review as in a linux mag/webpage !!!!

( even opera which runs VERY nice in my opinion.....
if it would only were better at javascript)
