Hello Aracena, To answer your question: Yes, this is doable in PHP/MySQL but you need to make the maps, database and functions by yourself.
However, I have not yet found any "all-ready-made" solution (without paying huge $$$). If you will find solution, please inform us if possible - even if you only find a algorithm.
