[PHP] New Day, New Problem

If I change:

$to_path = "c:\\".$date."www\\";

to

$to_path = "c:\\".$date."\\www\\";

It doesn't work? Otherwise, it works.
Can anyone help? Undoubtably something f-ed in the code, or is it a
Windows thing?
