Can anybody tell me what is the purpose of PHP_OUTPUT_HANDLER_START (et al) so I can add a Note to the manual?
They aren't really explained anywhere I can find, and the source... Well, it seems to be just |= PHP_OUTPUT_HANDLER_START when the first handler starts and then I kinda get lost as to what's going on... -- Can you do me a favor?
