[PHP] Re: linux php editor
Hello, on 06/06/2005 04:41 PM Clive Zagno said the following: what php GUI editors do you recommend. Ive used bluefish before, any other recommendations, thanks Personally I just use Kate that comes with KDE, but it is just an editor with PHP syntax highlighting support. Now, if you are looking for something more integrated with the PHP development with debugging support and other features, Zend Studio 4 may be a good investment. Re: [PHP] Re: Linux PHP editor
try nedit from nedit.org you can download the patterns from the site to do php syntax highlight.. I have combined it with cervisia from kde 3 and made it look smth like an IDE :) .. and I've been working 4-6 hours per day for about half an year with it with no problems. I also have tried Quanta but it is too huge for nothing... but if you need syntax completion maybe you should take a look at it.
