This is probably a bug of the mail() function under Windows.


You may want to try this class that comes with a wrapper function named smtp_mail(). It emulates the mail() using a direct SMTP connection to the SMTP server that you choose. You can enabled debugging in the smtp_mail.php wrapper script so you can see what is the problem in case any error occurs. If no error occurs, the problem is in the mail() function are you are safe by using this replacement function.
