okay, i'm new in PHP developing and i'm having a few problems with a script i'm building...
i work at an ISP what i need is a script that will add users to the company database. what i can't get is my PHP server (IP 18) to connect to the RAS server (IP 21). i've checked all the documentation i have and found nothing that would help so i hope i can get some clues in here.
