Try to set from the program using ini_set()function and or check your mail
server is correct or what.
In most of the case I have used as follows
Ini_set(SMPT,mail.domainname.com);
And port
If mail server doesn't exist then used as
Ini_set(SMPT,domainname.com);
And port
