Hi there, Can it be that complicated to build php with gdlib2 on linux?
I thought the gd2 is included in php4.1.1 so just telling php at buildtime to include it. But this is generating errors. So I did download gdlib from boutel, compiled it and tryed to configure php prior build. This does not work. It is never finding the gdlib.so in that library. Can somebody please explain how to build php with gd2 and mysql working on RH7.2 Linux? Thank you so much for any help.
