I have PHP 4.06 and using it as an Apache module, but for some reason I cannot get my changes to take effect after I change something in the PHP.ini file. I've tried to restart Apache, restart Windows98, nothing. But if I run as a CGI, the changes are there in the phpinfo()! Any help with this wo
