Groups http://groups.yahoo.com/group/phpjobs/ for this sort of thing - though it's been very quiet... :) There are a number of people there who were/are specifically looking for fulltime or contract work. Additionally, if you're willing to accept 'remote' developers, you can give me a call direct (toll-free) at 1-866-745-3660. We run our local PHP user group and there are always a number of people who are looking for contract work. Depending on your needs I could recommend one or more of them. Good luck!
