Hi Elias-
Yes I have write access on all directories. It doesn't seem to matter which
directory it copies to either.. because it crashes before the
is_uploaded_file()
and moveuploadedfile() calls.

Hmm...
do you have write access on that directory?
IUSR_xxx and IWAM_ users must be appropriate writes on that folder...
