Is there an else clause here to tell you what went wrong if the email
didn't go out?...
Also add some headers like this:
$headers = From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]\r\n;
$headers .= Reply-to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]\r\n;
and change your mail() to:
mail($to,
