RewriteRule ^([[:digit:]]+)(/*)$ /__obj.php\?id\=$1 [QSA]

We use this rule to rewrite

/1234

to become

__obj.php?id=1234

and pass and Query String Arguments (QSA) like ?foo=bar and so on.
