I've been using PHP/mySQL on my web host's site for a year or so, and I now need to create my own installation ...
Given my relatively limited linux background, which distribution woud I find easiest to install? I'll be needing PHP, mySQL, and PDFlib ... I've done my homework, I've studied every linux text I could get my hands on, and I feel like I'm ready to start ... but I don't want to install one distribution, only to find that it is inappropriate for my needs ... Call me lazy, but I only want to do this once (this week, anyway). Any help would be most appreciated.
