how can i install php as CGI?

./configure  --prefix=/rstc/user1/erc/pushkar/php-4.0.6
--with-regex=system --enable-discard-path --enable-dbase
Actually you just need one  --enable-discard-path  for security reasons,
others are customized for my use and yes prefix is also a must.
 how can i install php as CGI?
