You can visit www.apache.org or any other webserver that you want to use. You need to read the manual for configuring the ports that they use. So which ever webserver(s) you want to use read their manual on configuration. For apache you can configure the ports in the httpd.conf file. You can set apache to listen on multiple ports or you can have different web servers listening on ports that you configure it to listen on. For example: I have apache on port 80 and throttle webserver listening on 8080...
