I seriously doubt it. Windows is going to resize all images the same crappy way. The fact is that Microsoft's graphics routines are abysmal. Anyone who's ever scaled an image in Preview and then seen the same thing done on a Mac knows what I'm talking about. All you can do is resize the image at an exact ratio or the actual pixel size of the image and hope it doesn't look terrible. Sorry for the downer. :( -Kevin
