look at http://24.5.29.77:10080/phpinfo.html
That's a phpinfo() from a machine that supports pdflib

You will clearly see the PDF library support and information about what library etc.-

It's right below the pgsql support on that page.

Search the archives for "PDF Windows" or something similar.  Someone
pointed to a link for preccompiled PDF binaries for Win32.
