[PHP-WEBMASTER] PHP Manual in the HTML Help File format

I have downloaded the HTML Help File version of the PHP manual. When I open and try to get reference all I can do is navigate the content menu on the left. When clicking on any content item nothing appears in the right side. Am I doing something wrong? R, Francis Rall
